摘要: 热射病是由热损伤因素作用于机体引起的严重致命性疾病,具有很高的病死率。 近年来热射病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重威胁到人们的身体健康和生命安全。 热射病动物模型对研究热射病的发病机制具有重要意义。 本文从实验动物种类与性别的选择、核心温度和血压监测、热射病成模标准、热射病动物模型制作方法等几个方面进行了综述,为相关人员制作热射病动物模型提供理论依据。

Abstract: Heat stroke (HS) is a severe and highly fatal disease caused by thermal damage in the body, and it has a very high mortality rate. In recent years, the incidence of HS has been increasing year by year, which seriously threatens people ’ s health and life safety. Animal models of HS are of great significance for studying the pathogenesis of HS. In this paper, the selection of experimental animal species and gender, the monitoring of core temperature and blood pressure, the modeling standards for HS, and the method of making HS animal models were reviewed, in order to provide a theoretical basis for relevant personnel to make animal models of HS.
